(1) Creating bootable USB device

- Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool cannot solve my
problem (cannot create 64 bit boot USB with Win7 64bit ISO from my 32bit
desktop)
(2) Install Windows 7 64bit From USB
- OS C drive SATA should not plug in SATA3_5 connector. Use SATA3_1
or SATA3_2; otherwise, cannot boot up the installed Win7.
(3) The safest method to activate Windows 7 is using a software called a "loader".
Do it before pre-activation period expired (30 days?). Log: Installed
Windows Loader v2.2.2 and succeeded.
You're invited to download and install the Windows
7 Loader created
by Daz,
which is currently the most popular loader. However if you want to try another
one, there are other loaders (including open-source ones), just take a look at
section 6-K.
Note: In case something goes
wrong when restarting your computer, restart again while pressing
Escape or the "R" key until you see the loader's menu, then select
"Windows without loader" and press ENTER. Check out section 6-H for
more troubleshooting.
Once done, you might want to check the activation status: In the Start menu,
make a right-click on Computer then
select Properties.
Scroll down and check the activation status at the bottom. If you want to
display more details about the activation status take a look at section 6-E.

(6.1) Windows Update (esp. SP1) / Installed IE11 and Adobe Reader
(6.2) Install Anti-virus program
(7) Connect to printer wirelessly. Need to install driver?
(8) Delete C:\Windows.old
(9) Install UltraEdit, etc. (all installer are already on F:)
Note: C: Win7_64 ; D: old Win C drive ; E: old Win Tmp ; F:
old Win DataProgram ; G: old Win storing avi etc. files
(10) Set Tmp folder to E: / Disable hibernation /
(11) There will be a lot of Windows Updates. First, update for Windows
without SP1. Second, SP1. Then, 200+ (as of 8/2015) updates.
Note that it cannot update those 200+ all at one time. A workable solution
is breaking down into groups. Each consists of 20-50 updates.
Tips:
11a. Don't select the option to automatically install update [the RECOMMENDED
option]; otherwise, it may download all and install during shut-down or restart.
When I finish the manual "stepwise" update, change to the RECOMMENDED option.
11b. Install IE11 so no need to install update/fix for IE8.
